Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development professional who can open doors, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships. You’ll identify and target startups as well as enterprises, design outreach strategies, and position our services as the right fit for their growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage with potential clients across industries
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects (startups + enterprises)
- Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts through email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships
- Conduct client discovery calls, gather requirements, and match them to our offerings
- Work with internal teams to build proposals, presentations, and solution pitches
- Negotiate deals and manage client acquisition to closure
- Track KPIs, report progress, and optimize BD processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems and enterprise decision-making cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptive, and ownership-driven
- Ability to translate complex services into simple, compelling value for clients
Good to Have
- Background in tech services, SaaS, or creative/digital agency sales
- Existing startup or enterprise network
- International exposure in B2B sales
